Our goal is to collaborate with related parties… builders, developers, architects and real estate agents… and to streamline and accelerate the process for the ultimate benefit of the homeowner and the development team. We will help you promote the vision. We will take responsibility for protecting your design philosophy.  

Our client is the community association (HOA). Initially, the Developer wears many hats, CEO, HOA Board President and Chairman of the Architectural Committee. We act as a 3rd party reviewing agent, to insulate you from liability. We use licensed reviewing architects. We insure the process is uniform and consistent. However, in the end, you retain total control over the final decision.

We have developed a better delivery system and a more streamlined business model. With our extensive experience in the custom-home industry, our company is capable of consistently reviewing a set of plans within 10 days of receipt.  We will then draft and distribute all correspondence, copy and communicate with all stakeholders, and maintain all files and records in a central location.

In many instances, we inherit communities with multiple projects already under construction. In those cases, we simply apply a sliding scale to each existing project, depending on its particular stage of completion.

If you already have your own reviewing architect, we are happy to work with that person and pay them whatever their rate of compensation might be.

We are not a management company. We are a value-added service company with many years of experience in premier, custom-home communities. We broker architectural services and manage the design review process on behalf of the HOA. That legal duty  becomes our contractual obligation. Our service agreement contains all the tasks we will perform, as well as timeframes within which to accomplish them; tasks that are frequently outside of the scope or ability of other parties involved in the process.
